Here are some examples of the types of classes and workshops that we host for you and your family.  Do you have an idea for a workshop?  Contact us and let us know!   

Each "RSVP" will direct user to the topic's lead generation form. This will create 4 or more separate "Lists" in Constant Contact, allowing for re-targeting specific groups later 

The 5 Wishes

This workshop will cover each of the 5 wishes.  You will be able to discuss and consider each wish and leave the event with your wishes on paper.  

Workshop will occur as often as needed.  Register to join the workshop and the next date will be sent to you. 

Navigating Insurance

Do you have questions about health insurance?  Life insurance?  What is the best way for you to plan for your family in the future?

Our cooking and nutrition classes are offered at various locations in the Greenville area.  You can find the schedule for them on the Community calendar.  We do not give medical advice or advise on treatment options.  That is between you and your physician.  These are nutritionally sound workshops led by certified nutrition counselors and chefs.


Caregiver Issues

If you are a caregiver of a loved one with cancer you understand the immense responsibility you have. This group is for you.  Learn about various resources available to you as well as meet other caregivers and share experiences. 


Durable Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf.  How do you know if you need one? What happens if you don't have one? This is not legal counsel, but an informational Q & A session with attorneys who can explain the facts. 

Stress Management

This workshop will explore the impact of prolonged stress and teach you skills to better manage stress in your life.  Breathing techniques, simple massage and meditation techniques will be shared by a certified stress management professional.

Walking, Yoga, Aquatics and other forms of gentle exercise are so good for your overall physical and mental health and can be a terrific help in managing fatigue and stress. Our casual groups are in development and we hope you join us.
